What is the price for a detail?
Our detailing packages start at $109. Our prices increase depending on the level of service, the condition of the vehicle, as well any add-ons you may want or need to maximize the appearance and condition of your vehicle.
Where are you located?
Doctor Detail is a 100% Mobile Car Detailing Tulsa business. We come to your location and service your vehicle on site.
Do you offer same day service?
We are an appointment based business and typically stay booked 3-5 days in advance. We once in a while may have a same day reschedule or cancellation and can try to fit you in for a same day detailing appointment. We highly recommend to book in advance so that we can serve you to the best of our ability.
Do you restore paint and paint damage?
We do offer polishing and paint correction services which can remove scratches, swirls, and minor imperfections depending on the severity. Sometimes we may not be able to remove defects if they are past the clear coated layer of your vehicle’s painted surface or may be too risky to remove without damaging the surface.
Do you provide your own water or power or is water & power a necessary requirement?
Yes and no. We have multiple mobile units. Some of our mobile units are fully self sufficient and have their own water and power source. Others do require a water spigot and power outlets in order to complete the detail. When scheduling, we will ask if there is water and power available so we know which mobile unit to bring to your appointment. We bring all of our equipment ready to begin detailing upon arrival.
Can you remove stains from my vehicle’s upholstery?
When steam cleaning and shampooing upholstery, we will do our best to remove stains. There are some instance where stains are set and embedded in the fabric and we are unable to fully remove the stain.
Will the detailer need anything from me before or during my appointment?
Before your appointment, we ask that you please remove any personal items before your detail and have the vehicle parked in a location where the vehicle does not have to be moved for the duration of your appointment. We will need the keys to vehicle as well as an available water and power source (depening on which mobile unit we have available for your appointment).
Do I need to present for my detailing appointment?
You are not required to be present or on site during your detail. If you are not going to be present for an in person payment after your appointment is complete, please let us know so that we can save you payment information on file. As log as certain needs are met (car unlocked or keys available, water and power source if needed, everything within 75 feet of each other) then you are good to go and we will be ready to serve you and your vehicle!
How long does the average detail take?
On average, we say to allow 2.5 hours for a detail. The time it takes to detail your vehicle will vary depending on the condition of the vehicle, the service(s) being done, and whether one or multiple technicians are working on your vehicle.
Is payment required before service?
We require a $50-150 *nonrefundable deposit (depending on the service) in order to book your Mobile Car Detailing Tulsa appointment. Deposits are nonrefundable if the appointment is cancelled. If you need to reschedule your appointment we require a minimum of a 48 hour notice (unless there is sudden inclement weather). The deposit is credited toward the balance of your appointment and our technician will require the remaining balance (we accept cash or a credit/debit card) once your appointment and final walkthrough is complete.
Do you offer wax, polishing, and or buffing services?
Yes we offer all of those services.
For our wash and wax services we use a ceramic based spray wax. On some packages we use a professional paint sealant which is longer lasting and more durable than a wax. If you are insistent on having a paste wax on your vehicle, we can apply a machine wax as an additional service. If you are looking for a way to protect your vehicle, we recommend a ceramic coating service.
We do offer a light polish in order to remove surface level minor swirls. For heavier imperfections, we do offer paint correction and enhancements, also known as buffing in which we correct the painted surfaces of your vehicle for restore its natural luster and shine.
